SUE HOPPE

President

Sue Hoppe, Co-Owner of Life Options for Seniors, has been in the medical field for 35 years. Sue has worked with Case Management/ DC Planning, Physicians, Home Health and  Social Services, both at Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Sutter Hospitals. Sue specialized in placements of patients into and out of skilled nursing facilities and acute rehab Facilities. Sue found it so rewarding to help patients and their families, that she wanted to continue on a more personal level. Her involvement with Life Options for Seniors have allowed her to do just that, and led her to join up with Adopt An Elder Foundation, where she currently holds the position of Vice President

SHELLY COYNE

Vice-President

Shelly is a certified administrator for residential care facilities for the elderly. She joined Life Options For Seniors in 2015 as a senior care consultant. She has always had a passion for working with older adults. 
Shelly is committed to helping older adults. Her desire to do so has led her to join the Walk to end Alzheimer’s committee in 2016, The Adopt an Elder Foundation Board in 2017 and The Elder Services Network advisory team in 2018. When Shelly is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, arts and crafts and traveling.

CYNDI DOLAN

secretary

Cyndi Dolan joined the Adopt an Elder board in 2017.  She first began working with seniors in 1992 and has worked in both skilled nursing and assisted living communities.  Cyndi currently works for Sunrise Senior Living as a Director of Sales.  Her passion has always been working with seniors, the elderly, and their families and has been her only career path, outside of being a mom.  Cyndi lives in Granite Bay, with her husband Steve, and their 3 busy teenagers.  She is an active member of Bayside church, and when Cyndi’s not at one of her kids’ activities, she can be found on their little farm, taking care of their many goats, chickens and ducks.  She says she’s honored to be part of such a wonderful foundation that helps low income and at-risk residents find, and stay in, safe comfortable communities.

PAM MURPHY

Assessment Coordinator

Pam worked for the Area Agency on Aging for Santa Clara County as a Volunteer Coordinator for the Friendly Visiting Program for 3 years, later becoming Coordinator of the Registry for In-Home Support Services (IHSS) for the AAA of Santa Clara County for 2 years. When Pam moved to Roseville, she found herself again drawn to the senior care industry, working as a Marketing Director in an Assisted Living community for 5 years.  In 2010, she joined Senior Care Consulting where she currently assists families in need with placement and services. Her passion for working with seniors led her to join up with Adopt An Elder in 2014, as the Adoptee Assessment Coordinator

ERICA CALDWELL

Head of Fundraising

Erica Caldwell, Eskaton Senior Living Services has been dedicated to assisting seniors’ with lifestyle
needs for over 10 years. She has worked through out Northern California in the non-profit and for profit
senior living industry. Following her servant heart, Erica actively raises monies to make a difference in
the lives of local, low-income seniors. Erica lives in Lincoln, California with her fiancé and son Alonzo.
She enjoys time with her 4 adult children Audrey , Steven, Alex , Trinity and her beautiful
granddaughters Autumn and Eleanor, beach getaways, a good book and laughs with friends over a
bottle of wine.

HOMA ROSTAMI

Director of Technology

Homa is a Geriatric Care Manager and co-owner of Life Options for Seniors. Homa has worked in the senior living industry in a variety of roles for over 15 years. Homa earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from the University of Pacific and an associate's degree in Gerontology. She is a certified administrator for residential care facilities for the elderly. Her passion for helping seniors has led her to join Adopt an Elder foundation to actively make a difference in the lives of our low-income seniors. She has been involved with Adopt an Elder Foundation for the past 10 years. She lives in Rocklin with her husband and son, Iziah. She enjoys reading, scrapping booking and spending time with her family.
